We specialize in growing a wide range of hardy grasses, native shrubs, and prairie-hardy trees. Tree introductions by Countryside Landscapes include Gladiator Crabapple, Sundancer Poplar, Multi Stem Willow and various shrubs including ‘The Flames’ Amur Maple.

Countryside began as a landscape design and construction company.

Quality and functionality have always been the foundation for each new landscape, and our projects quickly became known for their great design and longevity.

Trees, shrubs, and other plants are the foundation of any great landscape design. When we started our landscape business, we found it difficult to find large, quality plants to match our landscape design sensibility. To get quality plants suited for the climate in Calgary, AB, growing our own seemed like the only way to offer the best possible plant material for our clients.

What started out as a challenge has now become one of our unique advantages. Countryside Landscapes is proud to offer home-grown, large, healthy, and hardy plants for all of our award-winning landscape designs.
